Her experience in auditing, reconciliation, reporting and project funding ensure she is a
key member of our executive team, continually contributing to company growth.
Having carefully structured his professional career to obtain experience at all aspects of the
design, construction and development process,with roles at leading architectural and tier 1 construction companies, Mark has established himself as a prolific Design Manager with a diverse skill set.

Aaron is an integral part of APH Holding development team. He has extensive experience across the entire development lifecycle, managing the delivery of multi-residential projects, commercial, and mixed-use developments working with both local and international clients. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil – Hons.), and a Master of Construction Management.
As a Quantity Surveyor I have enjoyed thirty-five years in Australian construction and privileged to work with builders, developers, consultants and subcontractors on many iconic projects including the Melbourne Arts Centre, Monash Medical Centre (Victoria), Port Phillip Prison, Australian Cricket Centre (Clayton) and the Tropicana Gold Mine (WA).
Complimenting my achievements I am proud to have contributed to providing many successful accommodation projects and commercial / industrial / educational new builds.
With over 8 years of experience, Kevin has been largely involved in project developments, sales and construction processes. With a firm family background in the industry, Kevin has a strong passion for the property development industry in particular the sales and marketing sector. Kevin is endeavouring to bring the best of what APH Holding has to offer to clients and buyers.

Jaycen heads up the Fleur De Juin Management business with over 25 plus years experience in the Property Industry. Jaycen has held several high profile, senior executive positions though out his career including CBRE, JLL, ING and Scentre Group (Westfield).
Having worked across all asset classes and having represented many national tenants, Jaycen brings the skill set, industry knowledge and reputation to lead the busines in delivering the vision of creating world class assets.
Working almost 19 years in the building management industry, Tim began his career in
Southbank with a 110 apartment development, before progressing to a multi building
development in Port Melbourne, followed by a premium Lend Lease development in Docklands of 220 apartments.
During this time, Tim was involved in all facets of building/facilities management from start up to budgets, OHS and all operational works and essential services.
